If your uFiling account is locked, you can follow these steps to unlock it:
- Go to the uFiling website (www.ufiling.co.za) and click on the “Login” button in the top right corner of the screen.
- Click on the “Forgot Password” link below the login fields.
- Enter the email address associated with your uFiling account and click “Submit”.
- You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.
- Once you have reset your password, try to log in to your account. If you are still unable to access your account, you can contact uFiling support for further assistance.
If you have entered the wrong password multiple times, your account may be locked for security reasons. In this case, you will need to contact uFiling support to unlock your account. You can contact them by sending an email to support@ufiling.co.za or by calling their helpline at 0800 00 7277.
