To check your UIF (Unemployment Insurance Fund) status in South Africa, you can follow these steps:
- Visit the official website of the Department of Employment and Labour: https://www.labour.gov.za/.
- Click on the “Online Services” tab on the main menu.
- Select “UIF” from the dropdown menu.
- Click on the “Login” button under the “My Ufiling” section.
- Enter your username and password to log in.
- Once you’re logged in, you’ll be able to view your UIF status, including any outstanding claims or payments.
If you don’t have a Ufiling account, you can register for one on the same page by clicking on the “Register” button under the “My Ufiling” section. You’ll need to provide some personal information and create a username and password to complete the registration process.
